Everyday assistance
Our offer is aimed at families whose children are eligible for care services in accordance with § 45 b SGB XI. If your child has a care level, they and your family are entitled to a relief amount of up to €131 per month. This amount is earmarked for a specific purpose. This means that you can only use the money for approved services. Unused amounts can be saved and used later.
What we offer you:
We offer you hourly, regular care for your child in their familiar surroundings or individually organized leisure activities according to your child’s wishes, such as visits to the playground, walks, or similar. As parents, you can use this time for activities, shopping, visits to the doctor or social contacts. Or simply take a short break, take a deep breath and recharge your batteries while your child is looked after by us.
What you need to know:
If your child’s care level has been determined, your child is entitled to the relief amount and it does not have to be applied for separately. However, proof of performance must be collected and submitted to the nursing care insurance fund for reimbursement. Alternatively, you can sign a declaration of assignment so that we can bill our services directly to the nursing care insurance company.

The participation of kids and youth with disabilities in society is very important to us! Therefore, it is important to us to help shape the everyday life of your child in order for them to feel comfortable. We want to respond to them, understand them and promote their independence in order for them to be able to plan and carry out their everyday life and activities in their free time, as independently as possible.
Accessibility
Our facility is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator. The elevator is operated with a key – please ring the bell downstairs. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet, handrails in the corridor and signage with simple symbols. The nearest subway stations Kochstraße (U6) and Spittelmarkt (U2) are barrier-free.
